SHIPPING & RETURNS

Anthea Le Jardin provides free shipping on all domestic fine jewelry sales. Standard shipping fees apply to all other orders. Orders may ship anytime within the indicated shipping lead time on each product. Custom orders and special orders will require additional time. Once the shipment is processed, your order will arrive in approximately 2-4 business days. Shipments are not processed after 3pm ET Monday to Friday. Shipments are not processed on weekends and holidays. Please note that occasionally in-stock items may be back-ordered. We will make every effort to communicate potential shipping delays within 24 hours of your order. All shipments require signatures upon delivery.

International Orders

At this time Anthea Le Jardin serves only the US online. International orders are not available online. To place an international order email service@anthealejardin.com.

Please note the customer is responsible for any and all duties, taxes and fees applied to the shipment by local customs.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online or in-store purchase, you may return your item for refund, exchange or merchandise credit within 30 days from the date of shipment. We will gladly accept items that are unworn, unaltered and free of scratches and blemishes. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, less original shipping charges plus a 3% restocking fee. It may take 2-10 business days after your credit is issued for it to post to your account.
